From the river mouth in the south to a point at the height of the turbine outlet on the waterworks site in the north. There is both some flowing and calm water here. Sea trout, pike and perch fishing are offered here, and some pike-perch are also caught every year. The lower part of the stretch is perfect if you want to fish for perch from any of the many piers there are.
From 50 meters above the falls in Lyckeby in the south to the bridge over the E22 in the north. On this stretch there is only calm flowing water. Sea trout is fished here and some large pike have also been caught over the years.
From the bridge over the E22 in the south to Augerums mill in the north. Most of the stretch is calm water but lowest in the north it is flowing water. Many fine trout have been caught on this stretch, mainly in the northern parts but also pike in the calm parts. Float fishing is allowed between 1 May and 30 September when purchasing a special fishing license via iFiske.
From Augerums mill in the south to the footbridge in Mariefors. This stretch is mostly flowing water and is surrounded by a fantastic beech forest. If you are lucky, you can see both kingfishers and terns here.
From the bridge in Mariefors in the south to the bridge in Johansfors in the north. This stretch is ONLY allowed for fly fishing from the opening day until April 30. After that, it is also allowed to spin fish on the stretch.
From the bridge in Johansfors to the stream in Sandbäcksmåla. This is a relatively long stretch that offers both calm and flowing water. A popular part of it is Kileström at the beginning of Kättilsmålarakan.
From the stream in Sandbäcksmåla to the wooden bridge in Biskopsberg which also constitutes the upper fishing limit for the fishery conservation area. This stretch is ONLY allowed for fly fishing from the opening day until April 30. Here you can find mostly flowing water.
